Jessica Falcone, a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician, is the heart and soul of Jessica Elizabeth Skincare. Fueled by a passion to help others achieve optimal skin health and confidence, Jessica transitioned from nursing to find her true calling in skincare.
Jessica personalizes every client’s skincare journey, recognizing that no two faces are alike. Her personalized approach is informed by extensive training and certifications. She holds certifications with BTL Aesthetics, Inmode MD, Candela, and has furthered her education with Skin Pen, Zo Skin Health, DMK Skincare, Skinbetter Science, and VI Aesthetics. Jessica’s expertise extends to acne treatment, having earned numerous certifications and created the highly-successful J.E.S Acne Advanced Program. Additionally, she holds the distinction of being a Skinceuticals Skincare Ambassador, a certified Master Aesthetician with Hydrafacial MD, and a member of the Associated Skincare Professionals.

Jessica Falcone is a New York State Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and the owner and founder of Jessica Elizabeth Skincare, located in Armory Square, Syracuse, NY—known as CNY’s First Choice for Facials. Jessica’s philosophy is that no two faces are the same, so no two treatments should be either. She is one of the only certified Hydrafacial Masters in Central New York and holds numerous certifications, including being a dually certified acne specialist, a member of the Certified Skincare Professionals Association, and holding certifications from BTL Industries, InMode Aesthetics, and Aesthetics Accreditation International.
Jessica specializes in corrective skincare, focusing on treating acne, rosacea, melasma, discoloration, and anti-aging concerns. Her customized treatments are designed to address each client’s unique skin needs, combining traditional skincare with modern techniques for results-driven care.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children, Jules and Joe, as well as her dog, Mia, and her cat, Jax. She also enjoys cooking, reading, planting, and traveling.

Launched Jessica Elizabeth Skincare as a one-woman operation in a two-room office.
Business Expanded
Expanded the business by adding a new location and developed her own skincare line and a successful acne treatment program (J.E.S Acne Advanced Program).
New Space
In 2023, she took on yet another space and grew her business to what is now Jessica Elizabeth Skincare, located in Armory Square Syracuse, NY.
