Jessica Falcone is a New York State Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and the owner and founder of Jessica Elizabeth Skincare, located in Armory Square, Syracuse, NY—known as CNY’s First Choice for Facials. Jessica’s philosophy is that no two faces are the same, so no two treatments should be either. She is one of the only certified Hydrafacial Masters in Central New York and holds numerous certifications, including being a dually certified acne specialist, a member of the Certified Skincare Professionals Association, and holding certifications from BTL Industries, InMode Aesthetics, and Aesthetics Accreditation International.
Jessica specializes in corrective skincare, focusing on treating acne, rosacea, melasma, discoloration, and anti-aging concerns. Her customized treatments are designed to address each client’s unique skin needs, combining traditional skincare with modern techniques for results-driven care.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children, Jules and Joe, as well as her dog, Mia, and her cat, Jax. She also enjoys cooking, reading, planting, and traveling.
Dr. James Cimo, MD, is a highly respected medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in Biochemistry from SUNY Health Science Center. Dr. Cimo earned his medical degree from St. George’s University in 1996 and completed his Internal Medicine residency at SUNY Upstate Medical Center, becoming board-certified in Internal Medicine in 1999.
Dr. Cimo’s diverse medical background includes working in Internal Medicine from 1999 to 2007 and Emergency Medicine from 2008 to 2019. He is certified in BLS, PALS, ACLS, and ATLS, ensuring the highest standards of care for his patients.
As the Medical Director at Jessica Elizabeth Skincare, Dr. Cimo oversees all protocols, ensures safe practices, and contributes to various treatments. He is also focused on expanding services in weight management, medical weight loss, male wellness, and hormone replacement therapy.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Cimo is passionate about competitive powerlifting, with over 40 years of experience and multiple New York State records. In his spare time, he enjoys lifting weights with his youngest son.
Olena is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Injector with over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. After earning her RN in 2012 and her BSN in 2020, she expanded her expertise in 2022 by becoming certified in cosmetic injectables. In 2024, she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Le Moyne College, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care. She is now an instructor at the school, teaching in the NP program.
Passionate about aesthetic medicine, Olena stays up to date on the latest treatments and techniques through advanced training. Her personalized approach and dedication to excellence allow her to deliver beautiful, natural-looking results tailored to her patients’ goals.
In her spare time, Olena loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Olena Stout, “TheToxNP,” can be booked at the office of Jessica Elizabeth Skincare.
Bryce Sabine is the Head Esthetician at JES and a dual-licensed Massage Therapist and Medical Esthetician with over eight years of experience. She trained at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and later expanded her expertise by earning her esthetics license. In 2024, she became certified in cupping, adding another effective therapy to her skill set.
Since 2017, Bryce has worked alongside Jessica, blending spa and medspa techniques to create customized treatments. She believes massage is essential for overall wellness, benefiting both the mind and body. Her approach integrates therapeutic massage, advanced skincare, and cupping for transformative results.
Passionate about client care, Bryce is dedicated to helping each person achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals. Whether through a soothing facial, a therapeutic massage, or a cupping session, she ensures every client experiences the best that JES has to offer.
Taylor, known as TK, is a licensed esthetician whose love for skincare led her to pursue her passion professionally in 2023. She began her journey at a renowned medspa, refining her skills before finding her perfect home at JES. Since joining our team, she has become HydraFacial certified and is the master of our Spa Facials, delivering the ultimate relaxation and glow.
Taylor’s expertise goes beyond technique—she creates personalized experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed and confident. Her warm personality and ability to connect with clients make her a patient favorite and a valued team member.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys true crime documentaries, hiking, and her go-to iced caramel coffee with almond milk and a shot of espresso.

With her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail, Annora is committed to enhancing confidence through expert skincare and personalized treatment plans.
Samantha Call is the Director of Client Relations at Jessica Elizabeth Skincare, ensuring that all client and patient experiences run smoothly. A friendly face at the front desk on weekends, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with clients.
A licensed Emergency Medical Technician, Samantha is currently pursuing her Physician Associate degree at Le Moyne College. She graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and began her master’s program in 2024.
Samantha’s passion for skincare and aesthetics stems from her personal journey with severe acne and scarring as a teenager. Her experiences led her to explore various treatments and products, ultimately bringing her to Jessica Elizabeth Skincare. She hopes to combine her love for skincare with her future career as a Physician Associate in the skincare industry.
Outside of work and studying, Samantha is a volunteer firefighter and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their three dogs.
